Terms
Last updated: 3 November 2026. These are the terms of the hosted service at gamepanion.app, run by Marcel Bruckner, Germany (legal notice). The software itself is open source and free to run yourself; these terms are about the hosted service only.
The service
Gamepanion keeps track of the games you play: the quests you started, your build and the items you found, filed by you or by an AI assistant you connect, and given back without spoilers you didn't ask for. You sign in with your e-mail address.
Free: one game, with all its playthroughs.
Subscription: every game you play.
Subscription with Gamepanion's AI: every game, and the chat in the web app on Gamepanion's own AI, speaking into it included, within a monthly allowance shown in the app. When this month's allowance is used up, the chat on Gamepanion's AI pauses until the first of the next month; your own Anthropic key works meanwhile. Without this plan, the chat in the web app runs on your own Anthropic key, under your agreement with Anthropic.
Reading what you filed, correcting it and deleting it are always free.
Paying for a subscription
- Price: Subscription EUR 4.99 per month or EUR 49.90 per year; Subscription with Gamepanion's AI EUR 9.99 per month or EUR 99.90 per year; VAT included, renewing every month or every year until cancelled. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
- Seller: payment, invoicing, VAT and the customer portal are handled by Creem (creem.io), which is the seller of record; its terms apply to the purchase. Your payment data is given to Creem, not to Gamepanion.
- Start: the subscription applies to your account as soon as Creem confirms the payment, usually within seconds.
- Cancelling: at any time, with Manage subscription on the subscribe page, which opens Creem's customer portal, or at creem.io/my-orders/login with the e-mail address you bought with. The subscription runs to the end of the period you paid for.
- After it ends: nothing is deleted. One game stays active: the one you choose, and until you choose, the one you played last. Your other games stay readable but take no new sessions until you subscribe again.
Refunds
Within 14 days of your first payment you can ask for your money back without giving a reason, by writing to support@gamepanion.app or through Creem. A refunded subscription ends at once.
Consumer dispute resolution (Verbraucherstreitbeilegung, § 36 VSBG)
Ich bin nicht bereit und nicht verpflichtet, an Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle teilzunehmen.
(I am neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.)
Fair use
Use Gamepanion for your own games. Do not use it to attack the service or other people, or to get around its limits; the chat on Gamepanion's AI is for talking about your games and follows Anthropic's usage policy. An account that breaks these terms may be suspended; a subscription on it is then refunded for the time left.
No promise of availability
The service is run with care, by one person, and may be unavailable or lose data. Keep your own notes of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version is on this page, with its date. A change to the price of a running subscription is announced by e-mail at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before then.
